CATERING

classes (Bread/cake/Japanese Food)

Making Savory Bread for beginners ($50/person)

In this class, students will learn how to make bread dough with their hands and will use this dough to make three different shapes of Pig in a blanket and Focaccia. (Note: During class, students will be provided with tea and samplings of what we make)

Class Policy

  1. Minimum class attendance: 3 people
    Maximum class attendance: 5 people

  2. Cancellations: with 7 days in advance

  3. Please bring your Apron and a notebook with a pen or pencil to the class.

Breakfast & Lunch Catering

For small gatherings to big office meetings (minimum 10 people). Choose bakery, pastry, and lunch from the menu page. Just email or call us about your event and we will be in touch within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Ask for Price.
